What we collect
We keep data collection minimal. The information we handle falls into three groups:
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email and message when you use the contact form or write to us directly.
- Purchase records, which are held by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. We receive only the entitlement state needed to unlock your purchases.
- Anonymous usage statistics inside the game, such as level completion and crash reports, which do not identify you personally.
The website itself uses only the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
We use the information above to answer your messages, fulfil service orders such as coaching or custom boards, deliver gift codes, and understand which parts of the game need attention. We do not sell personal information, do not run advertising profiles and do not share your details with marketers.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on these bases: performance of a contract (delivering purchases and services you order), legitimate interests (answering enquiries and improving the game), and consent where required (optional newsletters). Contact the studioStorage and retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow ongoing support threads. Service orders and invoices are retained for the period required by Australian tax law, generally five years. Game statistics are stored in aggregate form without identifiers.
Data is stored on servers in Australia and, for game entitlements, inside your app store account. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Australian users can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; EU and UK users may contact their local supervisory authority.
